When I think Daidouji I instantly think Makoto from 3rd strike but way more stylized. She would also need a parry like Ryo in KOF, cancel the parry into a combo would be cool imo.
You think Miari should be able to do air specials/supers while floating? Also was thinking that She totally needs a fast startup Super like Hawkeye's in UMVC3 or Cable's HyperViper Beam.
Suzune imo would be another in your face rushdown character with great low/overhead mixups and low health like Millia Rage in Guilty gear, you guess wrong 2-3 times, you lose.
You think Homura should be split? that does sound interesting.

Homura is split in the game one the black her version gets 3 or so fighting styles and crimson gets one but with cheaper abilitys and things like better meter usage also speed is different.

Nope, there was no way for me to play Burst since I do not own a JPN 3DS or bothered with Emulators.
I'm looking forward to playing Burst though so I'll have a better idea on how the character play, maybe then I'll have a better idea on things.

I did post a guide of all character. look in the bust game section for game strats the topic is sticked. I linked all the character pages I mostly use fighting terms so you would understand it the most i guess.

What about a 3D Beat'em Up game, like Devil May Cry, God of War, No More Heroes and others?

Hmm...That would be awesome as well. Add some platforming since they're ninjas, it will be awesome.

Senran Kagura focuses on it's roster of playable characters at this point in the series. A game that would limit the amount of playable characters wouldn't really be appealing.

If they do the group thing, there should be about 10-11 groups of 5.

I'm not sure if anyone is familiar of the Gensou Suikoden series by Konami. Since the party mostly compromises of 6 (both Hanzo and Hebi fits these since the sixth can be filled by Daidouji and Rin) and if possible, they can do combination skills too! {Battle System} {Suikoden II Combination Attacks} Also, one-on-one fights! {Suikoden II} I prefer this one-on-one more {Suikoden V}

don't you think thats a tad too many for a action/adventure game?
There was a reason why Shinovi Versus was a hank'n slash like Sengoku Basara/Dynasty Warriors. You kinda have to look at it from a game design perspective...in games like DMC you have many different types of enemies and bosses are the set pieces of the game, basically the main attraction, getting there and defeating said boss with a verity of different weapons/skills is what adds to those games depth(basically how intuitive the battle mechanics are).
Shinovi Versus doesn't have DMC3 style of open ended combos or verity of different skills and actions, however to compensate for that, there are a verity of different characters with their own unique playstyle, etc.
If Senran Kagura would do something like a DMC action game, they would have to pick like 2 characters....and just thinking off the top of my head the only way I see this working is if the game was a prequel and you played as Daidouji and Rin. They could do alot with that now that I think about it. Daidouji having a Stinger like move would be pretty rad...
