Why you don't have a wiiu why does sales even matter to you? ? When you get it those same Nintendo games will be there so why are you mad. Did you even buy burst because all I hear is Nintendo talk and not sk.

Wow. How'd Nintendo pull this off? Edit: I think the low supply PS4's might be the reason. Damn there goes my hopes.

Add more to it, everyone says that VGcharts isn't exactly a credible source for info. Sorry TwinTails but it doesn't seem like this is truly the case unless Nintendo and Sony themselves bring out official numbers. Alright everyone move along there's nothing to see here, keep walking keep walking. {Spoiler}http://nisamerica.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=7151&start=3945

It matter's because I'm getting one soon, and this an indicator that the Wii U's install base could attract more developers if it keeps growing. I don't only buy Nintendo games you know. You don't have one either and you keep arguing against me on some of my post. I talk about sk at anytime on this place, I just get bored sticking to one subject.

I don't post stories on Nintendo Sony or M$ there are forums that do that already just for hits and warz. Why would you even want that. If you need to talk then get a gaf account where you can talk and not be talked to so kindly as I do to you about the warz.
Stop reading other forums getting mad then posting here. Take it to them not us.

The way I see it: Nintendo will do okay because the have series that are very popular, exclusive and good. XBOX will do okay with all these changes to DRM, because it has series that popular an exclusive, and provides more things for non-gamer family members. Sony will do okay, though it lacks heavy exclusives, their console always brings something good to the table (e.g Blu-ray for PS3) I just wish this was the main control for wii and wiiu then i would of got or eventually get one:

Please ppl don't read into VG Chartz, they are not credible in the slightest -_- . I've spoken with industry people about it and trust me, the numbers are pretty much fake outside of what they update based on rumors. If you want sales numbers make an NPD account, there you'll receive the real breakdown in sales numbers for NA at least.(it does cost a monthly fee though, and you're under NDA so you can't talk about what you learn)
As for the WiiU I really do hope it sells very well, I hope this holiday season gives the system the momentum it needs.

Some games use it better than others but overall it's well worth it, especially if the game has off TV play, which so far all of game do. Anyways, VGChartz aside it's nice to see that the system might finally be getting a little more appeal and FINALLY growing its install base. I don't think it's going to matter as far as third parties are concerned though since they simply don't want to put forth the effort to make awesome games on this system. They'd just rather pump out the same yearly releases for the twins. I hope Nintendo realizes that by now. Personally I think Nintendo could very well survive without much third party support, most of the best and most memorable games of the majority of consoles have always been exclusives so Nintendo could be successful going that route. But for that to happen they're going to have to bring their A game and then some. They make the argument that 'hey look at these games you can only get on our system', but unfortunately there is an inverse that there are also tons of games that are exclusively NOT on their system. They need to go after a specific market and make it theirs. They were dumb to go after the western gaming crowd since the other two are basically focusing 110% of their efforts and attention on that crowd. It doesn't matter of CoD is on the Wii U, people are content with CoD on their Xbox. What Nintendo should have instead done was use some of that money they've made off the DS/Wii and start buying out smaller names in the industry. They were morons not to grab Atlus when they had the chance. Platinum Games seem to really be in good with Nintendo, they should make them first party like yesterday. Basically they need to try to snatch up as many exclusive series as they can as to increase their offerings on their system while simultaneously taking away offerings from the others. Make it so you can have either an PS4 OR Xbox, but you HAVE to have a Wii U. Unfortunately this is Nintendo, they're brilliant at everything but common sense.

The problem is they can't get Japanese devs because they have the 3ds. Why would they need to make wiiu games. So no they get no support because there other system is now strong enough for all the games and Japanese does not care about graphics.

PS4 has waiting lines still for new shipments due to shortages. Seriously, this is nice spin but PS4 is 2 million behind and will pass the Wii U in race to 10 million and gap will likely grow and grow in coming years.
