Nice to see new screen shots, hype is building... Does this mean an end to people talking off screen now?

Sure they can be interesting and entertaining to read but too much of it can really slow down the pace of the game.

Acutaly I like it just because it slows down the pace of the game.
I start to get tired of too action oriented games really fast, and because Senran Kagura Burst has the visual novel pieces of the game I spent more time playing it per section than a lot of games I have on my 3DS including all the Pokemon games I played in it (wich aren't action oriented games, but still).
I literally take a rest of pressing the buttons furiously! LOL

True...But I did hate at one point of the game, there were wall of text one mission after another.

True...But I did hate at one point of the game, there were wall of text one mission after another. Burst story is way more text and was a early complaint when released in japan.

I'm not a huge fan of visual novels, but I actually enjoy those aspects of Burst. It does interrupt the action, but it helps immerse you into the story.

It does but too much at one time has its drawback.

I think it balances with the gameplay.
And yeah, the fact you have to stop and read helps you immerse a lot better in the story.
And I have to admit: If it wasn't for the story parts I doubt I would like Senran Kagura as much as I do now. The Story and it's potential to grow even more in other games are some of the strongest points I found in Burst.
