I am now at 5-1 and still getting one star cards. I thought I had a rare one once but could not find it.

I am now at 5-1 and still getting one star cards. I thought I had a rare one once but could not find it. I think you can only get higher than normal cards by merging cards, I don't how it works though plus there is also special events |

Not sure on fusion. I maxed out my cards to 15, 15, 15, 40 and 60 so not much else can do there.

I still need to work on assigning which cards are "my five" of core ones as I tend to blunder around menus until it works out.

Two questions.
1. Any advice of ways to quickly get cards to level up my main ones? Sometimes I go into a level and kill enemy in 1-2 hits and get 3-5 cards in a go. Other times it takes 8-12 hits to kill them and get 0-1 cards. Can just be a bit frustrating is all now that I have several cards with level 60 cap.
2. Items. Now, I know I have got stamps and messages about various items pop up. How do i use them and what do they do? Be nice to have one to recover health so I don't have to wait an hour or two to try again to grind some cards.
Thanks for all your help, think I am doing better, but still have ton to learn. I actually would love this game to be localized (wonder how 3DS or Vita port would work if they happened...)

1. It takes time to get cards in Missions. The other way is to to purchase via Gacha. Go to メニュー>ガチャ then scroll down to ノーマルスカウト and click 10回連続でノーマルスカウトをする (assuming that you have enough Scout Points). If you are in short of Scout Points, you can use tickets to get them as as well, in the same Gacha screen go to チケット and choose either use your Bronze, Silver or Gold tickets to get characters from that way.
2. 並寿司 [Common Sushi] = Restores Stamina by 50
特上寿司 [Special Sushi] = Fully restores Stamina
牛乳ビン [Milk] = Restores Battle Point by 1
牛乳パック [Milk Pack] = Fully restores all Battle Points
アイスクリーム [Ice Cream] = Restores AP by 1*
フルーツパフェ [Fruit Parfait] = Restores all AP*
栄養ドリンク [Energy Drink] = Restores all Stamina and BP
いちご大福 [Ichigo Daifuku] = Restores all AP, BP and Stamina
*= These are used during Raid Boss Events

I apologize as I am apparently very dense when it comes to Japanese and instructions. I have had to watch your very helpful video about half a dozen times already. I think I need a video as I go "where is cross then two parallel lines and submarine periscope?" quite often.

Now I get a flashing message. Is their a limit on fusing cards? Can you fuse "N+" cards? What are the limitations?

What kind of flashing message did you receive btw?
Fusing with N+ is by means of leveling them up or something like that?
