Um...well it is Japanese so apologies on describing it. I know it greys out my option to fuse and flashes red blinking text.

All right, on fusion, let me try to explain.
You start off with "N" cards. If you fuse two together you get "N+" cards. Now, can you fuse two "N+" cards together? I have a few maxed out at level 60 now and maxed out in card battle level as shown in your video.

Also, on the gears (third option at the top) I never know if I am going to win or not when I pick a person, like a coin flip for me. I swear everyone has like Yomi table tennis card...

No, you cannot fuse two N+ cards (same goes to all rarities) as those are already evolved so you need to level them up.
You can refresh the page by clicking the long button to change your opponents, just find the ones that lower to your total attack power. Yeah, almost everyone had those as their leader so always level up your cards to win in battles.

Otherwise been all N cards. Everyone I battle seems to have all sorts of rare cards. |

Using Scout Points nets out Rare cards by luck while tickets does the same, but Gold Tickets gives out R and SR without N.
